My painting made a Gail Sibley’s “November’s Terrific Pastels!”

Yesterday morning I had a wonderful surprise in my email. I’m subscribed to Gail Sibley’s blog HowToPastel.com and get updates about her new posts. Gail puts together a selection of 10 pastel works that really impressed her every month, and as I scrolled down her November’s selection – I saw my “Snow in Cedar Beach Dunes”! How exciting is that – to make Gail’s “November’s Terrific Pastels!” If you know her blog, you’ll understand why I’m so thrilled! If you’ve never visited it, I strongly recommend to do it – you’ll find a lot of useful information, advice, videos with demos, everything pastel.. She is a fantastic artist and a writer – just read her commentaries to each painting she selected, you’ll see what a sensitive critic she is and why her opinion matters. Gail also publishes interviews with other pastel artists, which is another treat – I love getting a glimpse into other artists’ creative process!
Thank you so much, Gail Sibley! 🙂
